This coaching option has been designed, tweaked and rolled out in England, Australia and New Zealand and is in it’s latest and greatest incarnation right here in Milton Keynes.
We’ve dissected in detail everything needed to make a successful long-term transformation, and compacted it into an unrivalled personal training and coaching experience in our Bletchley based private personal training studio.

Here’s What You’ll Get As A Group Coaching Athlete:
- A 1-2-1 Goal Setting session upon sign up, where we’ll get in-depth on exactly what you’re training to achieve, and how we’re going to get you there (both training, and nutrition)
- Intense but achievable training sessions that are customised to your needs based off a proven and tested framework for rapid & sustainable results (in groups of up to 6 athletes to one coach, for 40 minutes at a time)
- 1-2-1 Nutrition & Progress Check-ins every 4-6 weeks so we can break down your long term goals into bite-sized chunks, and remain accountable to them for unrivalled progress
- An exclusive client-only membership site with recipe videos, books, nutrition & training videos designed to be the ultimate education tool so you’ll know exactly how to make your results last
- Complete accountability, through check-in calls and texts from the coaches to ensure that you’re happy and moving towards where you want to get to (we won’t let you not show up- your results are our priority)
